Residential

Tudor - residence 16

With a living area of ± 149m², this is the largest home in the Tudor building. It is also special in having access through three doors: both to the public courtyard on the castle side and to the private courtyard. This house is suitable as a "kangaroo house" or private practice space.

Ground floor

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall and a studio with various possibilities: to be used as an office or separate studio / bedroom with kitchen. On the mezzanine is a laundry / storage room.

First Floor

Currently, the kitchen, living room with dining and sitting area, storage room and toilet are located on the 1st floor. An old-fashioned spiral staircase  leads to the attic floor with a bedroom (possibly 2) and bathroom.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating and connected to a central installation running on wood chips / pellets.
